Got back from the US yesterday. What a fantastic vacation it was! We planned it last year with Natascha from Travel Store Gorinchem. She's a regular visitor herself, and we certainly noticed. We received excellent advice regarding accommodations, car rentals, distances, and so on. We also received lots of practical tips on things we hadn't considered, such as credit card usage and limits. In short, booking here is truly a valuable experience. Thanks to this excellent experience, we also booked a trip for a larger group through one of their locations. Natascha, thank you so much. Everything was perfectly arranged!

Well, if you look at the reviews, you don't really need to write a review. I have two more trips planned for 2025 and Robin arranged everything well in advice and action, and the rest of the team is always great. Thank you very much and have a wonderful holiday from Henry and Jana van Orsouw.

Neat, (customer) friendly, knowledgeable. Easily accessible, reliable, and the app is also easy to use, informative, and clear. Everything you want and need to know can be found there. Documents and tickets, etc., are in the app or will be available in advance of departure, so they can be downloaded and/or printed.

Recently booked a trip through Travel Store for the second time. We stumbled across them online last year, and after a very pleasant and friendly phone conversation (we live on the other side of the country, so an in-person visit isn't an option), we booked our first trip to Turkey through Travel Store through Ingeborg. They're always available and very friendly. This is the second time we've booked our May vacation through Travel Store, and this time Sam arranged everything perfectly for us. Highly recommended!
